19 Blue is a self-contained holiday cottage located at Blackmans Bay, in Southern Tasmania. This homely cottage has been furnished with love and charm and has all you need for a comfortable stay with a queen sized bed, laundry and kitchen facilities. Country breakfast ingredients are supplied for your first morning including a loaf of home made bread!Bacon and eggs - come and meet the chooks down in our garden. We make our own bottled fruit too! Relax on the veranda overlooking our organic vegetable garden. You can stay home and prepare your own evening meal, help yourself to fruits in season, or try veggies harvested straight from our garden. Or, it's only a short walk down to Blackmans Bay Beach where there are lovely restaurants. 970 Adventure Bay Road is a holiday home with views over Adventure Bay, at Bruny Island. Bruny Island is accessible by ferry, from Kettering, which is a 25-minute drive south of Hobart. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with a double bed and single bunk over, bathroom with toilet, lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, bench plates, wall oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The lounge has a television, DVD player and stereo. In addition there is a sun room at the front of the home. All linen and towels are provided. There is a laundry which has a front-loading washing machine, a toilet and shower. There are barbecue facilities in the well maintained landscaped gardens and undercover parking is provided. There is also an area suitable for parking a boat or trailer. The accommodation is close to beaches, South Bruny National Park walking tracks, boat ramp and jetty, (maybe go fishing), the departure point for the famous Pennicott Wilderness Cruise. There are cafes in Adventure Bay together with a well-stocked general store.

750 metres from the head of the Blue Derby trail network, this renovated miner's cottage sleeps six in comfortable beds with hotel quality linen, having a bunk room with two king bunks and a bedroom with a king bed which is able to be split into two king single beds. In the new bathroom there is a large shower with the shower rose coming down from the ceiling enabling all but the tallest to shower with legs straight. The house has a new kitchen with full cooking facilities and has a pod coffee machine to help kick start your day. With a heat pump and a wood fire all bases are covered to ensure you are toasty and warm, no matter how wet and cold your day may have been. For your downtime there are books and games, or you can just sit on the front verandah and watch the river (and bikers) flow past. There is a secure shed equipped for basic bike maintenance, a car port and bbq area. The laundry and second toilet are just outside the back door. Wifi is provided to enable you to keep those missing out on your adventure up to date.
