Commodore Regent Hotel
Commodore Regent Hotel provides comfortable accommodation in the heart of historic Launceston, in northern Tasmania. The hotel is perfectly located with fantastic views overlooking the City Park, which includes the famous Macaque Monkey House, and just a two-minute walk the mall with a great selection of cafes, boutiques and shops. Cornwall Cottage is located in a private wing of "Cornwall" homestead, a 14-minute drive from Hobart. Set on 40 acres the cottage offers peace, tranquillity and magnificent rural and water views over Barilla Bay. Cornwall Cottage accommodates up to four guests in rooms beautifully furnished with country style furniture and antiques. One bedroom has a queen-size old style iron bed, the other has two single iron beds. There is a full bathroom, separate toilet. A laundry is available on request. A large sitting room is equipped with a large digital television, DVD player, CD player, with a library of discs and books. The kitchenette has all the electrical appliances you'll need to "cook up a storm" and there is an outdoor barbecue. Ingredients for a hearty breakfast; farm eggs, cereals, home baked bread and homemade jams, tea, coffee, milk are supplied. There is private access and plenty of parking is provided. Cornwall Cottage is ideally located to visit all the attractions the South has to offer including the historic Richmond village, wineries and restaurants. In Hobart visit Salamanca Place and Market. Take a day trip to Port Arthur, Tahune Forest Air Walk in the Huon Valley, or MONA Museum.
Cottage On Gunning
Cottage on Gunning provides elegant self-contained accommodation on the edge of historic Richmond in southern Tasmania. The restored cottage, built in 1846, offers two-bedroom accommodation with a master bedroom with queen bed and second room with twin beds. Modern amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions provided, electric log fires, panel heaters, large digital television and a DVD player. The heritage listed property is located in a quiet street on the edge of the historic Richmond Village. It retains much of its originality complete with modern conveniences and is set in a large cottage garden with an abundance of fruit trees and seasonal bulbs. Richmond is roughly a 20-minute drive (27 km) from Hobart, 20-minutes to MONA and the Hobart Airport and a 75-minute drive to Port Arthur.

Crabtree River Cottages are located on the banks of the Crabtree River in the beautiful Huon Valley at Grove, just a 25-minute drive from Hobart and a seven minute drive to the centre of Huonville. The property is heritage listed and sits on the banks of the Crabtree River and overlooks ‘Sleeping Beauty’ mountain. We offer two private and comfortable federation-style self-contained cottages named Emily and Eliza. The river is an active playground for platypus and trout, and the pastures beyond are home to wallabies and the odd Tasmanian devil.
