Donalea Bed & Breakfast Tasmania

Dragonfly Lodge is a luxury award winning holiday home on the East Coast of Tasmania. Centrally located in the Huon Valley, Driftwood offers the perfect base to explore the Huon, far south and Bruny Island. Our waterfront studios, one, two and three bedroom cottages are designed to make the most of Dover's beautiful waterways. All boast stunning water and mountain views, and all are fully self-contained. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in most cottages, and all are equipped with direct dial phones, LCD television and DVD, and fully equipped kitchens. Each cottage has its own deck with stunning views over Port Esperance Bay. Dover is just over a one-hour drive south of Hobart.
Driftwood Cottages - Beach House
Driftwood Cottages Beach House offers deluxe self-contained accommodation at Dover, on Tasmania's south coast. The Beach House is a fully renovated, two bedroom cottage featuring a king-size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Facilities include separate bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living area has large picture windows, a wood heater, with large flat screen television with DVD player. There are sweeping mountain and water views from the verandah and the large outdoor deck has a private jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the bay. The Beach House is close to local shops, playgrounds, restaurants and the beach. Local activities include fishing, swimming, beachcombing or bushwalking. From here, you can explore the nearby Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs, charter a sailing boat or drive to Cockle Creek and walk to the southernmost tip of Australia. Dover is just over a one-hour drive (83 km) south-west of Hobart.
Driftwood Strahan Villas
Driftwood Strahan Villas provide comfortably appointed, self-catering accommodation ideally located in Strahan, on Tasmania's west coast and within easy walking distance to the town centre, cruise boats, scenic flights, restaurants, swimming beach and supermarket. Eight of our two-bedroom villas offer a choice of two queen beds or queen and two singles. There are two spacious, one-bedroom villas - one designed for wheelchair access and the other has bedroom and ensuite upstairs with kitchen/living downstairs. The three-bedroom villa has queen beds and two bathrooms, with the third bedroom featuring a spa bath ensuite with shower. Each feature well-equipped kitchens and comfortable living areas, with electric heating, electric blankets, television and DVD players, hair dryers, outdoor furniture, and undercover parking for eight of the villas. Two spacious spa suites offer a relaxing option, but with limited cooking facilities. There is a range of sightseeing tours and activities on offer, including cruises on Macquarie Harbour/Gordon River, a heritage rail journey through rainforest on the West Coast Wilderness Railway, seaplanes and helicopter flights over World Heritage areas, fishing charter, or taking in the sunset at Ocean Beach.
