Eagle's Roost Farmstay B&B
Eagle's Roost Farmstay B&B is a sustainable and eco-friendly place to stay situated in Rocky Cape, North West Tasmania. The property offers hosted holiday accommodation combining affordable luxury in sheltered, secluded, beautiful surroundings. There are two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite; a double spa room and an 'easy access' wet room shower king/twin bedded room. Full cooked breakfast is provided. Enjoy a shared lounge (wood fire, television and DVD player), kitchen and laundry. There are views to Sawyer's Bay, Stanley and the Nut, landscaped gardens and bushwalk trails in 12 acres of private forest. Eagle's Roost farmhouse is a comfortable cedar clad home with underfloor insulation and heat transfer ducting to all rooms. There are two patios, both with great views; one facing west and the other north to take advantage of the sun or shelter at different times of the year. There is a large veggie patch which produces fresh produce all year, many fruit trees and a variety of berry bushes. Guests are welcome to pick fresh produce and use in the communal kitchen. We are located right next to Rocky Cape National Park.
Eaglehawk Pavilions are two modern, self-contained pavilions on the hillside above Tasmania’s world famous Eaglehawk Neck. Just 45 minutes from Hobart Airport, Eaglehawk Neck is the gateway to Tasmania’s convict past. Walk down to the Officers’ Quarters and the infamous Dog Line or take a short drive to Port Arthur Historic Site or the Saltwater River Coal Mines. In the evenings, enjoy the spectacular views over Pirates Bay from the deck while enjoying dinner prepared either on the BBQ or indoors. Nest II has three bedrooms and can cater for up to eight guests upon request. Nest III which is inspired by a South American Farmhouse 'Finca' has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people and like the other properties has it's signature design features.
Eagles Rise Tasmania
Eagles Rise Tasmania offer self-contained, cottage accommodation at Sisters Beach, near Wynyard on Tasmania's north-west coast. The four cottages are located in a tranquil, bushland setting, about an eight-minute walk to beautiful Sisters Beach. Two of the cottages have two bedrooms (a double bed and two singles) and two have three bedrooms (one has a queen bed and four singles and the other a queen bed, a double bed and two singles). Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, heating, television and plenty of car parking. We specialise in small groups of up to 20. Eagles Rise Tasmania is a nature-lover's paradise with lots of small wallabies, birds and plants as the property adjoins the Rocky Cape National Park. Sisters Beach offers many walking and hiking tracks into the National Park, unspoilt natural beach for swimming, fishing and water sports for the whole family, and is centrally located for visitors wishing to explore Boat Harbour Beach (a short five-minute drive away), as well as areas such as Table Cape, Stanley and Cradle Mountain.
The EastCoaster offers a range of accommodation set on the shores of the picturesque Spring Bay, located on the beautiful Tasmanian east coast. Eden Orchard and Farmstay
Eden Farmstay at Cygnet in Tasmania's South is more than just self-contained family accommodation. The farm stay has been set up with families in mind, spacious and comfortable. We have three and four bedroom self contained accommodation; Eden and the Farmhouse, with comfortable beds and electric blankets, a range of books, toys, games and DVDs. In front of the farm stay you'll find a shared, enclosed garden area with playground, bunnies and barbecue. Kites are available, fossils to be found, and Dad hasn't been forgotten with great fishing spots close by and fishing rods are available. Set on a 40-acre farm, 45-minute drive from Hobart and ten-minute drive from local beaches, it's the perfect place for a rural vacation. There's a range of farm animals including cows, alpacas, goats, pigs, turkeys and chickens. Join your hosts in the late afternoons on their rounds to feed all the animals, most of them will eat out of your hand, even the big cows cannot resist a juicy apple, a great experience for young and old. You'll be within driving distance of several attractions including Tahune Airwalk, Bruny Island, Hastings Cave, Ida Bay Railway, Huon Jet Boat, local wineries and art galleries.
Edge Of The Bay Resort
Edge of the Bay Resort is located at Coles Bay, on Tasmania's East Coast. It has magnificent views across Oyster Bay to the pink granite mountains of the Freycinet Peninsula. This intimate family-run resort is right on the water's edge and offers two styles of accommodation; traditional family cabins set amongst the Sheoaks, and stylish contemporary ensuite rooms right on the beach with their own private deck. You can explore the area by bicycle, hit the bay in the resort's dinghies, explore Freycinet National Park, go wildlife spotting at dusk, fish for the day; flathead are bountiful here. The resort has tennis courts. One of the most memorable experiences is to sit in the Edge of the Bay restaurant watching the sunset reflected on the mountains of the peninsula. The restaurant focuses on local seafood and produce served with the best Tasmanian wines. You really need two days to explore the area; walking to Wineglass Bay or Hazards Beach, exploring Friendly Beaches, taking a tour to see if you will be lucky enough to spot a migrating whale or a pod of dolphins, bird watching or listening to the waves rolling onto the beach in front of your room.
