Held annually on the first weekend in February, Festivale celebrates Tasmanian food and wine al fresco style in Launceston's historic City Park. Festivale is one of Tasmania's premier summer events, attracting around 30,000 patrons each year. More than 80 stalls offer patrons the opportunity to taste and savour highly renowned Tasmanian gourmet food, wine, beer, cider and spirits amid all the colour and fun of family entertainment dance, music and street theatre - provided by both local and interstate artists.
