BIG4 Kelso Sands Holiday & Native Wildlife Park

Kelso Sands Holiday Park is a caravan and cabin park on the Tamar River, Northern Tasmania. The holiday park is set on almost 15 hectares (36 acres) of park-like grounds bordering the Narawntapu National Park. Kelso's range of accommodation includes self-contained three-bedroom family cottages accommodating up to nine guests and well-appointed two bedroom ensuite cabins sleeping up to six. The Park also offers powered and un-powered sites suitable for caravans, campervans, motor homes and tents. These grassy sites are sheltered by trees, some have concrete slabs and many are drive-through. There is a well-equipped camp kitchen, an amenities area with laundry and a kiosk. Take a dip in the swimming pool. Your children will love the play area with its giant jumping pillow, soccor or volleyball, basketball or build a sand castle. Walk through the Enchanted Forest with its wombat, and the visiting wildlife including wallabies, Tasmanian devils and eastern spotted quolls. Nearby attractions include Narawntapu National Park, river cruises, and Tamar Valley wineries. Kelso is a 45-minute drive north-west of Launceston (54 km) and a short drive north of Beauty Point, a one-hour drive from Launceston airport or a 55-minute drive from Spirit of Tasmania.

BIG4 Strahan Retreat Holiday Park offers a large selection of accommodation to suit all budgets in Strahan. The retreat caters for couples through to large group bookings. Covering 8 acres in total there are powered sites for motor homes and caravans plus cottages varying from Studio to four bedroom sleeping up to ten people.
