Cherry Villa B&B offers boutique accommodation in a heritage-listed building in the historic town of Hamilton, for a maximum of six guests. It is a convict-built sandstone building built in 1835 for a pioneer family. Cherry Villa is situated on a quiet street off the main highway, opposite a public tennis court. Hamilton is centrally located for easy access to iconic places to visit such as Mt Field National Park, just a 30-minute drive away. Lake St Clair National Park, a one-hour-and-25-minute drive away, is situated within the Central Highlands with easy access in all directions. Christopher Hall's Colonial Accommodation is a recently renovated (2012) historic unit at Ross, in Tasmania's North. A convict built, sandstone Heritage listed house circa 1846, the accommodation is a completely separate part of the large house and has its own side entrance door. Private and quiet, there is an entry hall, queen size bedroom and a small sitting room/dressing room adjacent to the ensuite bathroom. A kitchenette, dining area and lounge room are combined. The apartment is tastefully furnished to reflect a bygone era. Working fireplace in the living room is ideal for those cold winter nights. Ross is a one-hour drive (78 km) south of Launceston.

Clear Creek Cottage offers a contemporary rural self-contained stay in Woodbridge, south of Hobart. It offers views of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and is close to Peppermint Bay. The Cottage is located on a 28 acre property in a secluded farming valley and provides a spacious apartment designed for two with a mix of modern conveniences and stylish furnishings.
