Halton Tasmania Booking & Cancellation Terms.
You may cancel your reservation with Halton Tasmania free of charge up to 30 days of your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the booked arrival date incur a
cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the reservation.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of government enforced state and territorial border closures (including snap lockdowns and enforced temporary closure of our properties) which occur within 30 days of your arrival date and which will directly impact your reservation by preventing you from travelling to and staying at our accommodation we will offer you a voucher for the total amount paid to be used at a future available date.
Vouchers are not refundable for cash and must be used within 18 months of date of issue. All issued vouchers are for use at all Halton Tasmania properties.
Halton Tasmania reserves the right to cancel your reservation after check in if any of the Conditions of Use are not observed.

Your reservation is for the total number of guests nominated at the time of making your booking and not exceeding our occupancy levels. Additional unpaid guests are not permitted to stay under any circumstances.
