In Tasmania, visitor information centres have the option of being included in the Tasmanian Visitor Information Network and you can identify us because we display the ‘yellow i’ outside our centres. In order to show the ‘yellow i’ we have to comply with standards such as being open regular hours and providing training opportunities for our staff.
