Lumeah Retreat is a spacious, beautifully furnished holiday home designed for family vacations or group getaways.
Located in South Bruny Island's Adventure Bay, the property is a short 150-meter walk to the beach and the local general store. Inside, enjoy an expansive living area with a large TV, fast Wi-Fi, and seamless climate control via an indoor wood heater, reverse-cycle heat pump, and panel heaters throughout. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room make group catering easy.
Outside features large front and back yards, a fully fenced backyard, ample parking, a partially covered deck overlooking a flower garden, a BBQ, and an outdoor fire pit under the stars.
(Note: Three bedrooms access the family bathroom via the master bedroom layout.)
