The following cancellation policy applies:
31+ days before pick up: no fee
30-15 days before pick up: 10% cancellation fee (min $150)
14-7 days before pick up: 20% cancellation fee (min $250)
6-1 day before pick up: 50% cancellation fee (min $400)
On the day of pick up - 100% cancellation fee
Please note the merchant fee card fee is non-refundable
