Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

In exceptional cases, there is a slight chance of cancellation after confirmation, primarily if there's an insufficient number of passengers for a specific tour. Should this situation arise, rest assured that we will promptly provide you with a full refund or collaborate with you to organize an alternative tour.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
